School/Masks/Even Hard In Mask Culture

We here in Japan are very used to masks and often use them when we catch a cold or even when we want to hide a pimple... Hahaha... But teaching with a mask is tough and uncomfortable. It sometimes feels as if the world is hiding. It feels as if we are even more disconnected and living in our own little squares. I think these days people feel even more lonely and therefore need Jesus more than ever. In our own lives, we have struggles and challenges that keep us on our knees and make us stronger in Jesus. It is sometimes hard to step back and see, really see our blessings. Well in this time of need, loneliness, and uncertainty I will do my best to stand firm in trusting God, and see his ever-present blessings.
